The Czech government has adopted a number of preventive measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the Czech Republic. Our company makes every effort to comply with the governmental recommendations. Therefore:
- Our TEXTILE/METAL productions are operating until further notice with preventive measures against COVID-19.
- For the time being, we have cancelled all business trips and visits.
- We continue with business as usual with the exception of in-person meetings.

- The national border closures do not have any effect on the transport of goods.

Change of company name of ECOTEX s.r.o.
Dear Business Partners,
ECOTEX s.r.o is a member of KAYSER FILTERTECH GROUP since more than a decade. To strengthen the KAYSER FILTERTECH GROUP image worldwide, we decided to rename all related companies. ECOTEX s.r.o. becomes KAYSER FILTERTECH CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o. effective from September 01st 2019.
The other company details such as registered office, ID, VAT ID, bank account numbers and other identification data remain unchanged and may be taken from the bottom of this page. As the legal entity of the company has not changed, all contracts, orders and other legal relationships remain in full force and effect.
Please note that with the effect from 01 September 2019 all new correspondence, orders, invoices, payments, entering into new contracts or amendments of the existing contracts as well as any other negotiations held between the company and you will be made exclusively under the new business name of KAYSER FILTERTECH CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o.
We would also like to inform you of the fact that from 1 September 2019 new e-mail addresses become effective. Your current ECOTEX contracts remain the same, the structure of the e-mail address will be: the first letter of the first name.surname@kayser-filtertech.com. The e-mail addresses surname@ecotex.cz are not functional any more.
Kindly bring this announcement to the attention of your accounts payable department and direct them accordingly.

Heimbach Filtration GmbH belongs to Kayser Filtertech GmbH effective from 1st January 2019.

In future the Heimbach Group will focus on its core businesses paper machine clothing (PMC) and technical textiles (TTX).
With effect from 1st January 2019, Heimbach Filtration GmbH in Dueren sold her assets to Kayser Filtertech GmbH in Einbeck, the business will be transferred and continued. Kayser Filtertech is, like Heimbach Filtration GmbH, a systems supplier for the entire value chain from filter media production to ready-made filter elements including after sales services and extensive consulting.
Successfully finished projects have shown clearly, that the product portfolio and distribution structures, as well as the specific knowhow of applications of both companies, complement each other very well. “The merger is a consistent measure to strengthen the market position of both sides long-term”, says Dr. Ralf Kaldenhoff, COO Technical Textiles of Heimbach Group.
The brand “Heimbach Filtration”, in combination with the Dueren site and its highly qualified work force, excellently matches the portfolio of Kayser Filtertech Group. For both family owned companies the signing of a long-term rental agreement for the facilities in Dueren is a positive sign for the future.
“We are convinced to jointly create substantial added value for our customers. Together we will achieve significant sustainable growth, particularly in the European market”, described Lukas Armatys, Managing Director of Kayser Filtertech GmbH, the benefits of the acquisition.
